Our operations have grown a lot over the past year, and we are pushing ourselves to an even better service, which means a better tournament experience for all players. For this reason, we also want to improve our technical on-call service, for which we want to purchase technical support services from person X. Hopefully you have experience with CS servers, and all other possible IT/graphics skills are a plus. The author will be trained for the required tasks.

In this job, you also need good Google skills and an attitude towards customer service. Things included in the job are listed below, and the whole can also be customized according to the applicant's own special skills in certain parts.

CS support

  • Checking that the CS servers have been updated
  • On-call Mon - Thurs and Sunday evenings from 19:00 to 22:00
  • Maintenance of statistical websites and correction of possible problems

PUBG support

  • Making PUBG lobbies on game days
  • Calculation of points in the XPUG and CGS systems
  • Communication with narrators

Pulling the logistics center

  • Manages mailings to customers (T-shirts and mouse pads)

Website update

  • General filing and updating of websites
